  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Locations & Delivery

  • We ship globally, and all products take 2–4 weeks to arrive, depending on your location.

  • Larger bundles or special items are included in this same timeframe.

  • Tracking is always provided, so you can see your package’s journey from the moment it ships.

Shipping Costs

  • All shipping is free — no hidden fees or extra charges.

Lost Packages

  • While rare, packages can occasionally be lost in transit.

  • If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact our customer support team. We will work with our suppliers and shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if an item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original packaging (except for inspection of the issue).

How to Request a Return

Refunds

  • Once your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

No Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges at this time. If there is an issue with your order, we will handle it through a refund process instead.
